Location is good quiet place but near to public transport

Water heater was not good, water pressure need to increase

Receptionst lady chinees / malysian whit glasses were exreemly friendly and kind .just 10points. Other lady too and securty guy, breakfast was horioble please do something, room windows are one glass too noisy around highways.

the hotel can early check in..staff was friendly..the hotel also near the lrt/mrt station,easy to go anywhere..

Staff are lovely. I injured my foot and when they saw me come out of the car the lady literally ran to help. They gave me crutches to help walk and even offered me a wheelchair bless them. Also gave me some ice. Breakfast was very yummy. I’ve never seen my two year old enjoy breakfast so much. Definite recommend the place. Excellent location. Has the train at its doorstep and some food options for when you don’t want to go far.

Room, toilet and bathroom are clean. The area is surrounded by convenient stores and halal & non halal restaurant. Breakfast was ok.

The room is not sound proof, we can hear people talking outside the room.

Staff is nice and welcoming but the whole infrastructure is very outdated. The buidling, elevators, rooms and corridors looked liked they definitely need a renovation. Breakfast was below average.

My room was smelly and it was very humid although the AC worked all the time. The neighboorhoud looked empty as if it suffered from a nuclear apocalypse. The building itself looked poor and unwelcoming. If there's anything better for the same price - better avoid this hotel.

The staff here is genuinely helpful and kind. Our 6 night stay here was so smooth thanks to them. What's even better is that this place is super close to the Chan Sow Lin MRT station.

Location is very close to Chan Sow Lin LRT&MRT station with a direct connecting bridge from station to the mall(now abandoned though) the hotel is located. Staffs are really nice and greeeted with smile everytime I passed through the reception, which obviously makes you feel more comfortable. There are few budget food stalls very next to the main entrance in case if you want to save money on food, or you can order via Grab as the hotel located in the prime location and all delivery options are hardly 20-30 mins away. In terms of city travel from this hotel- LRT station is the main key point where you can get connect to any place in the city/TBS/Airport with no/single transit(Hang Tuah LRT/Monorail is 2 stations away, TBS LRT/MRT is 5 stations away). Overall its value for money. Or obviously you can book grab and you can expect the cab to come in 4-5 mins.

Bathroom needs to be little upgraded, however it was not bad.

Excellent hotel in a very lively neighborhood. Hotel Entrance area is very convenient for pick and drop.Front desk office especially in day time (i forget the name )very supportive and humble with smile on his face.Hotel Security person Mr Bishnu Prasad very cooperative and humble person. Lot of food and groceries stores available around hotel.There are two Restaurants 24/7 open and very convenient for Asian crowd . Definitely I will stay again and recommend to All family travelers

Breakfast is not upto the mark .Very limited options for pakistani/Indian guests.. except boiled eggs no other form available like omelette .Improvement requires.Room Windows available but view is not present due to hotel structure and style .

It’s not soundproof. The neighbor keep banging the door and pressing the bell multiple times in the middle of the night.

Good value. The room is large

The water comes out from the bathtub with a yellowish color, which does not feel clean or safe to use.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, it was easy to move around using grab and in general the room was clean and comfy

The location very convenient, as it linked to the train station with 3 colors plus bus stop! Around the hotel also have 7e and KKmart, a little bit more walk to zus coffee

The housekeeping did not change my bedsheets for 5days although I had requested. What they did only hide the dirty part/ flip the blanket side.

Me and my family had a wonderful and adventurous time staying here. The hotel meets with our standards, from the price, the rooms and nearby train stations (LRT & MRT). The rooms is clean, got some fresh towels. There's mamak restaurant beside the hotel and few convenient stores (7E, KK Mart & Family Mart) close by. The morning staff very helpful and attentive. Love the professionalism. Would I like to book it again on the future? Sure, my family agree as well.

1. I requested for our room to be close by together but they didn't set it up. 2. The breakfast meh. love the juice selection. But the food selection, some bland and the dhal burn aftertaste. Should improve more on this. Or just order mamak beside the hotel ;)

The staff were polite and helpful. The bellman at the door was always courteous and cheerful. The breakfast menu was also great.

The rooms were not tidy. We needed to constantly remind the staff to change the sheets and towels (which looked old and worn). The bathroom and toilet weren't cleaned all through our stay, and we stayed for 5 days! It might be a budget hotel, but cleanliness and maintenance should be improved.
